📖 Cleaning Procedures
🧹 General Cleaning
- Dust all reachable surfaces including ledges, baseboards, and horizontal surfaces.
- Spot-clean walls, doors, and high-traffic touch points (e.g., light switches).
- Empty garbage and recycling bins; replace liners.
- Sweep and damp mop all hard floors using a neutral cleaner.
- Vacuum carpeted areas thoroughly, including corners and under desks.
🚻 Washroom Cleaning
- Wear gloves and use color-coded cloths (e.g., red for toilets).
- Disinfect toilets, urinals, and handwashing sinks with approved washroom disinfectant.
- Clean and polish mirrors using glass cleaner.
- Wipe down partitions, dispensers, door handles, and push plates.
- Refill soap, paper towel, and toilet paper dispensers.
- Mop floors with a disinfectant solution and allow to air dry.
🍽️ Lunchroom Cleaning
- Wipe tables, countertops, and appliance exteriors (microwaves, fridges, etc.) with disinfectant.

💼 Office Cleaning
- Dust all desktops, window sills, monitors (lightly), and phones.
- Disinfect keyboards, mice, and phones (only with proper electronics-safe wipes).
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Clean glass surfaces and interior office windows.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot-treat stains if needed.
🧼 Non-Wax Surface Cleaning
- Identify the floor type (e.g., ceramic tile, concrete, rubber, sealed wood).
- Sweep thoroughly or use a dry dust mop to remove debris.
- Wet mop using appropriate neutral or mildly alkaline cleaner for surface type.
- Do not apply wax, sealer, or polish to these floors.
- For machine-cleaning, use low-speed autoscrubber with red or blue pads only.
✨ Waxed Surface Cleaning & Maintenance
- Dry dust or sweep using a microfiber or treated dust mop.
- Autoscrub with neutral cleaner using red pad. Avoid stripping chemicals during daily cleaning.
- For high-traffic shine recovery, spray buff with white pad and floor finish restorer.
- Burnish as scheduled with high-speed burnisher and beige or natural hair pads.
- Apply new coats of wax as needed based on wear or quarterly schedule.
